Course Description

It's the 250th anniversary of our Declaration of Independence.  It created our colonies and settlements into our own nation, and freed us from the rule of King George III and Britain's Parliament.  But the roots of the Declaration of Independence go back far in history, so we'll explore the charters, compacts, and declarations of rights down through the years, and learn the stories of how our people chose to be free and safe in their rights and liberties.
