Course Description

The Essential Management Skills for Nonprofit program is offered by CSUSM in partnership with the Alliance for Regional Solutions. This series of classes will help you gain an overall understanding of current trends, opportunities and challenges as well as key functional areas and responsibilities within nonprofit organizations.
