OLLI Museum - Bus Trip to the Norton Simon Museum

Course Description

The Norton Simon Art Museum has an encyclopedic art collection featuring over 12,000 works of art. It maintains an impressive Impressionism collection along with 20th century artwork by Picasso, Henry Moore and Giacometti to name a few.
Robin Douglas will prep our visit with some notes on the highlights of the museum and its gardens. The bus will leave promptly at 8:30 am, arriving in time for lunch at a nearby restaurant, followed by the museum visit from approximately 12:30pm to 3:00pm.  The cost of this trip includes bus ride, entrance to the museum and parking at CSUSM, lot B.  *No refunds on Destination Learning

Students will meet and park at CSUSM, Cal State University San Marcos, no later than 8:15am in the lower level of Parking Lot B. Complimentary parking permit invite and directions will be emailed to registrant 3 - 5 days prior to the trip.
