Course Description

The aim of this course is to equip participants with the necessary skills to navigate conflicts constructively. The integration of personality theory and assessment will enhance participants' self-awareness and understanding of others. With a clearer understanding of their communication styles, participants will learn to manage emotions and negotiate solutions with the goal of fostering healthier relationships.

**This is a HYBRID class, offered live in the classroom and online via ZOOM simultaneously.  Please choose either the Zoom or Classroom session at the time of registration.

**In class meetings require a separate parking fee of $5/day.  Please collect your parking permit through your CSUSM parking account.  If you do not already have a parking account Parking Services will create one for you.  You will receive an email from Parking Service which will include your Username, Password and a link to login and purchase permits/packages.  If you’re not sure if you have a parking account or you have one but need your login information, please contact us.
