Course Description

This lecture will focus on serendipity, hard work and the twists and turns that created the world’s greatest rock band. Learn about the seminal first meeting of John and Paul in July of 1957 and the subsequent names and lineup changes that followed. Journey through Liverpool and their first big break in Hamburg, Germany, where following their return they would eventually rise from one of the worst bands in Liverpool to the first shouts of Beatlemania.
